Sedgwick Real Estate Partners is a private commercial real estate company with a focus on acquiring and operating urban-oriented, community and neighborhood shopping centers in Colorado and select markets in the Southwest and Southern California.
Brandon K. Rogoff
Brandon Rogoff is a Principal at Sedgwick Real Estate Partners. His primary responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting acquisition opportunities, coordinating the due diligence process, and raising capital from investors.
Prior to founding Sedgwick Real Estate Partners, Brandon was a Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) in San Francisco. During his tenure at NKF, Brandon was responsible for institutional-grade investment sales with a primary focus on retail, mixed-use and parking assets located throughout the western United States. Prior to NKF, Brandon held a similar role at HFF in San Francisco. From 2013 to 2020, Brandon participated in real estate investment sales and financings for major corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners exceeding $2.5 billion.
Brandon held previous positions at East River Partners and the International Council of Shopping Centers in New York City.
Brandon earned his Master of Science degree from New York University and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona.
Eric R. "Rick" Miller
Rick Miller is a Principal at Sedgwick Real Estate Partners. In his role, Rick focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, overseeing repositioning and operational efforts, and raising capital from investors.
In addition to Sedgwick Real Estate Partners, Rick is also the Founder and Principal of Magna Development, an investment and development firm focused on Commercial and Multifamily development. On behalf of his own account, Rick has developed over 500,000 square feet of retail projects since its inception and has been active in acquisition, rehabilitation, repositioning, and disposition of 200,000 square feet of retail projects. Tenants Rick has worked with include Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Safeway, 7-11, Family Dollar, Keybank, TCF Bank, and Starbucks.
Prior to forming Magna Development, Rick was the Director of Commercial Assets for Cooper Management, a privately held real estate family office. During his 18-year tenure with Cooper Management, Rick oversaw all aspects of the development process for 3,000,000 square feet of retail, office, and other commercial projects as well as the construction of +1,000 apartment units in the Denver metro market.
Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
